Built for Real Wholesale Team Structures

Super Admin

Full access to every module and feature. Configures role-based permissions across the platform - deciding exactly which modules, actions, and sub-modules each role can view, create, edit, or delete. Manages all user accounts, roles, and system-wide settings.

Admin

Access determined entirely by the Super Admin. Can be granted permissions across Dashboard, Orders, Customers, Discounts, Retention, Geo Location, and Users - seeing only what's been enabled for their role.

Sales Representative

Access controlled by Super Admin or Admin. Can view and act only on explicitly assigned modules, with available actions (View, Create, Edit, Delete) fully configurable per permission - hidden modules stay hidden.

Control Down to the Action Level

Permissions in Spider Rep aren’t all-or-nothing. For every module, Super Admins can independently control:

View - Who can see a module or record

Create - Who can add new records

Edit - Who can modify existing data

Delete - Who can remove records entirely

Sub-module access - Fine-grained control within larger modules

This means a Sales Representative can be given full visibility into Customers, but no ability to delete records – while an Admin might manage Orders and Discounts but have no access to Users at all.

Password Control, Kept in the Right Hands

Super Admins can reset passwords for any user - including Admins and Sales Representatives - as well as update their own

Admins can change user passwords when granted the appropriate permission

Every credential action stays tied to a verified, authenticated user

Simple User Administration

Add new users with email, name, role, and optional tags

Edit existing users to update roles, details, or permissions

Remove user accounts instantly when team members leave or roles change
